Fantastic!

I hope you can let us know what the Omaha Steaks manager said and whether or not you had to let them have it a second time!

What a waste of time, really. You're calling the inbound department and yet it's the outbound department that is calling you!! Try TELLING the people that call you that you want to be removed from the calling list. Worked for me!!

I've been telling them for over 2 years not to EVER call me again. They do...sometimes 4 or 5 times a day. Sometimes on Saturday at 6:30 a.m. Glad you had good luck anon, but for hundreds of us...well, we haven't been so fortunate.

"You can't get out of that bottomless barrel" says the Omaha Steaks operator.

That's freaking AWESOME!!!! You're THA MAN!!!

I'm going to try your autodialer technique just to give them a taste of their own medicine - hey, that's an unexpected pun considering some outfit calling themselves US Pharmacy has called me 2x today.

Reading your blog got me to thinking about a way that might get someone's attention.

Thank you for your efforts and the laughter about a miserable situation that I needed!
